He has led consulting engagements with nonprofits across the country for over a decade. \nMichael has worked with clients across all fields of service and with a wide range of budgets\, such as Race Forward\, Neighborhood Funders Group\, YMCA of the USA\, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits\, Valley Outreach\, The Management Center\, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. \nMichael has supported partnerships and mergers between a variety of clients including The Food Group\, College Possible\, Florida Rising\, and People Serving People. In addition\, Michael has worked as a program director for a statewide CDFI.  \nMichael has previously served as staff at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies\, La Piana Consulting\, and Propel Nonprofits. He currently serves on the boards of Family Tree Clinic and Gender Justice\, and in the past has served on the finance committee of Open Arms of Minnesota and as board chair of PRG\, Inc. Michael has a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. \nAdelaide Rohrssen\, Project and Operations Associate \nAdelaide Rohrssen (they/them) has experience working for nonprofits in education\, public operations\, and directly with boards. Their lens as an educator is always present through their curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning. Adelaide enjoys supporting system development so that nonprofits can sustainably offer their resources to our community. \nAs Project & Operations Associate\, Adelaide supports the logistics of client projects and the business operations of Tangelo Tree Consulting. They hold an M.Ed. in Elementary Education and a B.S. in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Additionally\, they have experience serving on committees for diversity & equity and currently mentor through QUEERSPACE collective. \nMeg Reid\, Associate Consultant and Operations Director \nMeg Reid (she/her) is a process-oriented consultant with experience across nonprofit and small business environments. Her consulting work has spanned strategic planning\, partnership development\, customer and business development\, and operational systems implementation with nonprofits including NeighborWorks Home Partners\, The Management Center\, Family Tree Clinic\, Degrees of Change\, Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless\, and the Health & Housing Consortium.  \nMeg is passionate about building effective\, equitable\, and sustainable nonprofits. Her work centers deep listening\, entrepreneurial thinking\, and expansive solution-building in order to design systems that reduce friction and reflect client voices. She develops creative solutions by synthesizing perspectives and adeptly navigating ambiguity. Meg graduated with her Master in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. She currently serves as the board chair of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of the Twin Cities.
